  Farmer's Market Season wrap-up Sorry we didn't warn you sooner, but last weekend at the market was our last. Thanks for a great Farmer's Market season. We'll see you next year! If you like a hint of  wok-he i, the fire-singed noodles are a good place to start.  Watch the video for quick visual of wok-hei.  Chow fun noodles are hand-cut ribbons of rice noodles, we've been serving them for 30+ years. We have two versions of chow fun,  dry  and the other is  saucy . They are good practice for new chop stick users when they are dry, and they are extra challenging to the expert level chopstick users, when wet. Try them both!...

  At the Farmer's Market September is here, and that means  Oktoberfest  is here.  (The real Oktoberfest has been cancelled due to the pandemic.)  Tammy's got a batch of tangy Asian slaw, perfect for your  bratwurst . It's a juicy & tangy slaw with hints of spiced citrus zest and plenty of crunch. Add to your entrées, green salad, or enjoy on its own. And yes, it's always orange, so you can bring these gorgeous fall colors to your table year-round.
