Handmade by Tammy Wong: Have you made dumplings, wontons or egg rolls at home? Then you know about the hand-crafted precision needed to pinch together a wonton or dumpling so it doesn't explode in the fryer or water. Not only do you have to get the wrapping right, but the filling can't be too much, too little or too wet. The oil has to be consistently the right temperature to fry food crispy instead of greasy, not to mention fresh and clean- Tammy drains, cleans and refills the fryers with fresh oil, every week, herself! The result is light & crisp egg rolls, dumplings & cream cheese wontons.

An army of one. As the owner, Chef Tammy has worn all the hats: Chef, Customer Service, Delivery Driver, Hiring Manager, Food Photographer. In addition, she is the sole maker of each tender parcel that you know as a wonton or dumpling. They aren't pre-bought frozen and re-heated. They are made on-site, the same week, sometimes the same day, and served to you.

  Celebrate Lunar New Year January 26th- February 6th:  The Lunar New Year Menu is now online for scheduled orders and same-day ordering. Don't miss out on your favorite Rainbow dishes, you can mix and match from both menus to round out your Lunar New Year meal. Look for the two buttons on the website to switch to each menu. You might notice many of the items are vegan, (meaning its made without animal products), a practice observed during the Lunar New Year.
