Happy Father's Day!
While we don't have a photo of Chef Tammy's dad, aka "Papa Wong", we can tell you that he came up with the name Rainbow Chinese. He said it sounded nice. Having the name Rainbow does bear a lot of weight and responsibility, we have always opened our doors and shared our dishes with the colorful people of the neighborhood. You may sometimes see Papa Wong at the restaurant, he always has a smile on his face and he will greet you, but he doesn't speak much English. I have heard him say "very nice".
