You might notice many of the items are vegan, (meaning its made without animal products), a practice observed during the Lunar New Year.   A little less meat? It's your choice. Do you have a New Year's resolution to cut down on meat?  We can help you with that, many of your favorite dishes have a meat substitute option. Start at the Chicken or Beef section. Hidden in the drop-down menus are meatless options, you can swap out the meat for Fried Tofu, Steamed Tofu, or Mock Duck. We made the options available to only the best candidates for meatless dishes, not every dish will work. Refer to the image above for a clue to where to find these options.  In the future, we will be bringing in more vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
