If your go-to / to-go order is Sesame Chicken, or General Tso's Chicken, we'd like to introduce you to one of the newer items: Chicken Pineapple Basil.  It's lightly breaded chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, onions & basil in a tangy sauce, topped with sesame seeds.

While General Tso's Chicken hasn't officially made it to our menu, we pay homage to it. Twenty years ago, it made an appearance as Orange Peel Chicken, and today, you can try our updated version: Chicken Pineapple Basil. As one of the most famous dishes in Chinese-American cooking, the history of General Tso's Chicken has not been explored until recently: There is a fascinating documentary on it: The Search For General Tso. If that isn't enough to get you curious, here are a few links on the history of the dish, and how it became a means of acceptance into American society.
