Cold days= warm noodles, warm days = cold noodles.  It's a round wheat noodle dressed with sesame seeds, creamy peanut butter, sesame oil and Tammy's secret sauce. This dish is rich, share it, or save some for later. This is a kid-friendly, family favorite.

Tuesday is now part of our weekend.

Starting March 1st, we will be operating on one less day- Tuesdays are now a much needed day off. Our staff will recharge on Monday and Tuesday, aka the service industry weekend. We are open normal hours Wednesday- Sunday.

Choose from all of the Big Bowl Noodle Soups, add your extras. The discount applies to it all.  Aren't familiar with the Big Bowl Noodles? These soups usually come in a giant bowl as pictured above. When you order a BBNS for takeout, you will get a read-to-assemble soup. All you need to do is find a bowl large enough! How to order: 1) Choose one of the soup configurations or Create-Your-Own. 2) Second, choose your noodle. Thin or wide rice noodles, or skinny egg noodles. Add an extra side of noodles if you want to souper-size it. 3) Select any other extras, like wontons, shrimp or broccoli. Choose from the list.  When you get your soup: One carton will hold the noodles, the toppings and any extras you've selected.  One quart of broth will be served in a separate container. Assemble in one big bowl, OR: If you are splitting this soup, it's best to empty the carton onto a larger bowl and dish up the dry ingredients into smaller, single-serve bowls. Then add as much broth as you like. If this is your first time eating the BBNS, you might find it tricky to eat the wet noodles with chopsticks, or even keep the slippery noodles on a spoon. It's okay to not add the broth to the bowl, and eat it "dry". This means you pick up the dry ingredients and dip them into the broth, which remains separate. This is not only easier, but it keeps your noodles from getting overcooked and soggy. Wooden or bamboo chopsticks are helpful too.

Our parking lot on the SOUTH side of the building is now open for pick up orders. If you opted in to Order Updates, you can let us know you've arrived by responding to your order confirmation. You can also call us to let us know you are here by calling us or ringing the doorbell. We often only have one person at the desk, so please have patience when you call us or pick up your order.  A note about online ordering. Some of you have called to tell us that rainbowrestaurant.com was marked as an unsafe website and forced to "go back to safety." There's no need to worry because orders and payments for the transaction are on rainbow-chinese.square.site. It's still us, but with more security, and the ability to take payments via Square. When you order from Square, you can choose to save your information, including your credit card info. When you want to make a purchase in the future, Square will text you a 6-digit code for two-factor authorization. This prevents fraudulent purchases, minimizes mistakes when entering card info, and saves us on credit card fees.
