Swap the sauerkraut for Asian Slaw!
If you're a Farmer's Market regular, you may have seen or smelled the grilled meats from the Tollefson Family Farms stand. They've been a fan of Tammy's Asian Slaw and serve it with their sausages & hots dogs.

Our slaw is juicy & tangy, with hints of spiced citrus zest and plenty of crunch. More carrot than cabbage, and similar to sauerkraut- only in that it is wet. Add to your entrées, green salad, or enjoy on its own. Comes in a 1-pint container. It's always available at the restaurant for take-out, Tammy may bring a few to the market- but a limited supply.

Rounding out the last email of AAPI month, We are bringing back a little-known site called AllLookSame.com. What can you find there? 8 quizzes to test your knowledge on Asian Culture and Race. It's challenging and fun, everyone should try at least one quiz. We think you'd be good at the ones below.

My grandmother, who had never used a computer, aced the original test—Asian FACES. Can you?
