A constant fixture at the restaurant, Mama Wong is the matriarch of the Wong family. The first seat at the bar is her perch for drinking tea and watching over the daily activities at the restaurant. If you see Mama Wong at the restaurant, please use the 6ft rule and maintain your distance.
