While we can't visit with you in person, we are sending out virtual hugs to you on this holiday. We're sending warm hugs to those who pre-ordered their Christmas Eve meal ❤️ Thank you for celebrating with Rainbow.
Christmas Eve 🥡
If you haven't heard, we sold out for Christmas Eve orders. Thank you to all that made plans with us. While we are not open for in-person dining, we appreciate that you made your dinner reservations with us, on this holiday. We are prepared to do our best today, and make it stress-free for all.

* A few of you had not changed the date or time for pick-up while placing the order and needed to be-rescheduled for today, we contacted you and assigned a new date and time. The time slots for those re-assigned were given what was available, as the people who entered their preference at the time of their purchase, had first choice, and priority. 

The online ordering system manages the speed at which the pick up times happen, we rely on this to keep the orders manageable, to prevent being overwhelmed. Last year we made the newbie mistake of not using the online order scheduling to help us on our busiest day. On top of that, we took phone-in orders and same-day orders. We made a lot of promises we couldn't keep. This year we are learning the practice of self-care and along with that, the art of saying no to stress.

Silent Night. Phones will not be on in the restaurant, we want to focus on doing a good job on the Christmas orders.

Online ordering is temporarily off, and will re-open on Sunday, December 26th.

Picking up your Christmas order:
Our parking lot on the SOUTH side of the building is now open for pick up orders. If you opted in to Order Updates, you can let us know you've arrived by responding to your order confirmation. 

Please, only one person at the door at a time, the hostess will check you in from our Christmas guest list, and keep in communication with you.

Just as dinner reservations get booked months out, and ticketed events such as concerts and festivals let you know how to purchase your experience almost a year in advance, we are turning to technology to give everyone a fair chance to dine with us on our busiest day. We will be having more limited-ordering, special events in the future! 

Back in the early 2000s the dining service had at times a two-hour wait. The lobby was standing-room only. The bar line was three-people deep and wrapped around the perimeter. The tables for ten people or more, were always booked through the weekend. Imagine the whole Wong family in the kitchen, seven to ten servers, three hosts, three bartenders, two valet. Those days were long ago, but not forgotten! We have been operating on a skeleton staff, please be kind to them!

You might not of considered joining in the past, but if we noticed that your cumulative purchases were qualifying you for a reward, we signed you up, and added the points you would have qualified for.
